The Tulip Group has announced plans to build THB2-billion, 44-storey office tower in central Pattaya.
Emerald Tower will meet the rising demand for office space in the resort city from growing industries involved in electronics, automotive, spare parts and fuel, Tulip Group’s founder and CEO Kobi Elbaz told reporters.
“Pattaya’s property market is booming,” he said. ”It is attracting new investment and business due to its better infrastructure, new large department stores and hotels.”
Emerald Tower Pattaya will be built on a 5-rai plot on Sukhumvit Road in central Pattaya with a total leasable area of 28,000 square metres.
Tulip Group pre-launched Centara Grand Residences in December, to strong sales. That project will fully launch this weekend.
